Each session is unique and guided by spirit in the moment, however the following is a general outline of what you can expect in a session. To begin I will check in with you regarding your intention for the session and what you may be needing support with.

If you are having trouble with conception, or have miscarried and want to understand why, I will connect with the spirit of the baby to receive information about why these challenges are presenting so that you can make sense of it from their perspective. If you are just beginning on your conception journey, I will connect with the spirit of your future baby so that you can understand more about their soul path and soul contract with you as their Mama. If you are pregnant, I will connect with the spirit of your baby to receive information about what they may be needing during pregnancy, as well as their plan for the birth.

In all of these circumstances, my intention is to assist you to open up communication with your baby and remove any blockages so that you feel confident in the intuitive messages you receive from them leading up to and during birth. The session will also involve an energetic healing where I will work with releasing energetic blockages from the body, assisting to prepare and empower you for birth. As an example, fearful emotions connected to birth can be passed down our ancestral mother line depending on our own birth template and energetic wounds, and releasing them beforehand can alter the trajectory of our birth experience.

The spirit of our baby chooses us long before we decide to conceive and birth him/her in to the physical realm. Our spirit baby has a soul path and plan of their own, and fertility issues are often a result of the spirit baby deciding the time or conditions are not right. Our future child, whether in spirit or in the womb, is able and willing to communicate with us. After all, we are all a part of the same energetic field that connects us through consciousness. In a session, I will share messages from the perspective of your spirit baby to assist in easefully navigating conception, pregnancy or birth. During the healing, I am communicating with the energetic field of your body to understand what is out of balance and make corrections to release blockages and return you to wholeness.
