Each session is unique and guided by spirit in the moment, however the following is a general outline of what you can expect in a session. I will start by checking in with you to see what questions you have and what areas of focus you are needing support with. I will then share the information I receive about your physical, emotional and spiritual health from an energetic perspective and how this is impacting your life currently. We will then explore the root cause of the challenges you are facing, the lessons that are playing out at a soul level, and the suggestions or solutions to move forward provided by spirit. Seeing the higher perspective often brings clarity, healing and relief. To conclude, I will offer suggestions for integration and healing post session.

• We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and although the energetic realm may be unseen to us, it impacts our very essence. Science is beginning to accept this as reality. We are all aspects of the Creator, experiencing ourselves through our own separate lens. An energetic field connects all of us and manifests as consciousness, or pure awareness. In a session, I am alternating between different aspects of consciousness across time to channel information from that perspective. For example, I may access information from your soul, from your past of future self, from your physical body, from a loved one in spirit, from a pet or family member, or from Source, the field that unites us all. Once we understand this is possible, and train ourselves to do so, we all have access to this.
