Terms & Conditions

Isabelle Sleinis services are available only to those over the age of 18 years.

Payment for Isabelle Sleinis services is to be made at the time of booking.

By booking a service with Isabelle Sleinis and using this site, you are agreeing to the  Legal Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Pricing on Isabelle Sleinis services is subject to change with no given notice. If you have already booked and paid for an appointment, there will be no changes to your pricing.

Isabelle Sleinis cancellation policy is 48 hours. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours beforehand and you will receive a full refund for your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund on your appointment.

Isabelle Sleinis does not offer refunds upon the completion of a session. If within the first 5 mins you decide the session is not right for you, then a full refund is offered when this is agreed upon prior to the 5 minute mark.
